Aspiring filmmaker Yoo Dan is about to leave for Paris to study film. Before her departure, she dreams that her constantly complaining mother has died. Guilt weighs heavily on her, and she confides in her friends about leaving her mother behind. But whenever she faces her mother, all she feels is frustration. Then, one day, her mother's backbone vanishes. Left crawling on the floor, Dan must find it—before it's too late.

Dancing in a Harem was an 1897 French short silent film by Georges Méliès. It was sold by Méliès's Star Film Company and is numbered 132 in its catalogues.

Director Ted Brooks and comedians Jack Norcross, Dandy Joslyn and Phil Miller are part of a troupe of promising young players rehearsing for a WPA show at the Garrick Theater in New York and are stunned when the government withdraws their funding on the day of the show's dress rehearsal. Destitute, the troupe plans to return home when Mac, the stage doorman, offers to allow four of the men, Phil, Dandy, Jack and Ted, to use the theater for a boardinghouse. After accepting Mac's offer, the men improvise bedrooms out of the set pieces and meet amateur actress Lorie Fenton from Cleveland, who is eager to audition for them. When the men learn she recently received a small inheritance, they allow her to audition, hoping she will back the show.

"A Dream Play" - Agnes, a daughter of the Vedic god Indra, descends to Earth to bear witness to problems of human beings. She meets about 40 symbolical characters.

When high school football player Cam Stiles loses his best friend, he decides to drop football and focus on attaining his friend's goal of running a mile in under four minutes. Cam's decision tears apart his relationship with former teammates and his father—who happens to be his demanding football coach.

In this NBC Christmas Special from 1984, Mr. T plays a street Santa Claus who meets a young boy, played by Emmanuel Lewis of TV's Webster, who doesn't share the spirit of Christmas. Mr. T sets out to change Billy's mind, taking him around the city to FAO Schwartz, where he gets a magic lesson from David Copperfield, and then to Radio City Music Hall, where he listens to Christmas songs sung by Maureen McGovern, imagines himself as one of the toy soldiers in the Rockettes' Christmas Show, meets Willie Tyler and his dummy Lester, and finally is moved to realize the true meaning of Christmas, before being reunited with his parents.

The main character is a cute, but not quite conforming to stereotypical ideas of beauty, a red-haired and freckled girl who works in a wedding dress salon. She wants to get married, dreams of a romantic trip to Paris, and is secretly and hopelessly in love with her boss. She lives in a wonderful world of her own illusions, dreams and reveries, although sometimes she faces a harsh reality in which her dreams are not destined to come true. Or do miracles still happen?
